Art in Porsmyra Kindergarten

The children at Porsmyra kindergarten have received a robust outdoor installation, where they can run, lie down and roll around as much as they like, without anybody asking them to be careful. The outdoor area was planned by PAN Landskap AS, and Sandra Norrbin collaborated with them on her public art project. Norrbin has covered her part of the area with a multicoloured soft synthetic surface (called Childs Play) that is designed to soften the impact of a child’s fall. On this surface the artist has drawn large organic shapes which twist around the pitted surface.
