Lade Trail

The Lade Trail (Ladestien) winds along the coast of the Lade peninsula for more than 10 miles. The trail passes sheltered bays and goes over hilltops providing a wonderful view over the Trondheim Fjord, to Fosen and Frosta. Sponhuset Cafe is a recommended stop.

The trail starts at Ladehammeren, and has recent years been extended from Rotvoll to Ranheim.
