Artists: Runi Langum and Hans Martin Øien. Memorial to Otto Nielsen, former composer, author, singer and program director at NRK.
The sculpture which is named "Radio Otto", is located at the bottom of Brubakken (colloquially known as Stensbakken), at the junction of Gamle Bybro, Øvre and Nedre Bakklandet.
